Klaipėda Science and Technology Park, together with 8 other institutions from 6 countries, is participating in the project InforM (Innovation Framework for Challenge Oriented Intelligent Manufacturing). The project aims at creating a cross-sectorial integrated Innovation Support Digital Framework for the mechatronics and mechanical engineering SMEs with the objective to support companies in the digital transformation process. DIGIAUDIT – an innovative tool that has been developed in the framework of this project. The tool is free of charge – businesses are encouraged to use it and find ways how to become more efficient and enhance competitive advantage by using digital technologies to manage business processes and production.
The aim of a DIGIAUDIT is to get an overview of the extent to which and for what purpose companies are using different digitizing instruments in their value chain.
