Are you an SME in the packaging industry — or a business that relies on carton packaging for e-commerce deliveries?
We’re inviting you to join an intensive 3-day Design Sprint in Lund, Sweden (9–11 June 2026), where you’ll work alongside industry and business model experts to rethink how your business handles packaging — from circulation and logistics to sustainability and cost efficiency.
What you’ll walk away with:
→ A clear map of your current business model — and where it’s falling short → Fresh strategies to cut costs, reduce waste, and streamline packaging operations → Actionable ideas for new revenue streams and circular economy practices → A concrete roadmap to implement improvements back at your company
Who should apply?
→ Paper, carton, and packaging manufacturers → E-commerce businesses and anyone who regularly handles, ships, or receives carton packaging → SMEs motivated to innovate and grow in the packaging space
This is the first of three sprints (Lund 🇸🇪 → Wismar 🇩🇪 → Gdańsk 🇵🇱), combining hands-on workshops, problem mapping, prototyping, and scale-up planning.
🎟 Participation is free of charge for selected SMEs. Travel funding is available. 📍 Seats are limited — apply now.
