 oject’s final event “Charting the Course for Sustainability – Balti
 c Sea region as a front-runner in clean shipping and shipbuilding “ wh
 ich takes place online on Tuesday\, the 21st of September 2021 at 9.00 
 – 13.50 (CEST). \nThe event focuses on sustainable shipping and shipbui
 lding in the Baltic Sea region and the ways digital technologies can be ut
 ilised for the benefit of eco-efficient maritime industry. The event and i
 ts discussions are moderated by Dr. Michele Acciaro (Associate Professor 
 of Maritime Logistics &amp\; Director\, Hapag-Lloyd Center for Shipping an
 d Global Logistics at the Kühne Logistics University). Keynote speakers o
 f the webinar are Jaap Gebraad (Executive Director\, Waterborne Technolog
 y Platform) and Markus Helavuori (Professional Secretary\, HELCOM Secret
 ariat).  \nIn addition to the keynote speeches\, the event features a di
 scussion “Charting the Course for Sustainable Shipping and Shipbuilding
 : What kind of measures are needed?” with expert panellists including:

 ogy Park) \nElisa Mikkolainen (Project Director\, Maritime Affairs\, BSAG
  Baltic Sea Action Group)  \nJohanna Yliskylä-Peuralahti (Project Manag
 er\, University of Turku\, Centre for Maritime Studies) \nValdemar Ehlers
  (Technical Director\, Danish Maritime) \n\nFindings of EXOPRODIGI’s wo
 rk on digital performance monitoring\, cargo stowage optimisation and stre
 amlining shipyard processes will also be presented and discussed at the ev
