 merce\, Industry and Crafts is organizing training "Challenges of a Middle
  Manager".\nTraining program:\n\nFrom specialist to manager. The most comm
 on challenges.\nDevelopment of leadership skills of a middle manager.\nMod
 ern trends in team management.\nPromotion of cooperation between departmen
 ts.\nClimate of a unit or department\, principles of its formation and con
 trol.\nMiddle decision-makers and their necessary competencies.\nTypes of 
 successful communication as an image-forming tool and their application.\n
 Strategic and tactical thinking: setting goals\, resource planning.\nCorre
 ctions of strategically important information channels: reports\, delegati
 on of decisions\, potentially crisis processes.\n\n\nThe training will be 
 conducted by MB “Mokymų klubas” lecturer Dainius Rutkauskas.Duration 
 of training: 5 academic hours. Number of training participants: 20.Partici
 pation fee: for chamber members - 95 Eur + VAT *\, for non-members - 110 E
