During Portathon 2022, technology enthusiasts and professionals from different fields generated 16 technological solutions.
The strongest solutions were generated by 4 teams:

- VTDK Maketistai – Paketistai – team from Vilnius College of Technology and Design
- EcoKlaiPort – joint team from Klaipėda University and Klaipėdos valstybinės kolegija (KVK)
- BalticG & TA – joint team from Klaipėda Baltic Gymnasium and technology enthusiasts from Kaunas
- Kiaulės nugara – team of technology enthusiasts
The winning teams shared a prize fund of EUR 4000. Each team was awarded EUR 1000.
