February 10 (Tuesday) at 1:00 p.m. Klaipėda Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts is organizing training „Challenges of a Middle Manager”.
Training program:
- From specialist to manager. The most common challenges.
- Development of leadership skills of a middle manager.
- Modern trends in team management.
- Promotion of cooperation between departments.
- Climate of a unit or department, principles of its formation and control.
- Middle decision-makers and their necessary competencies.
- Types of successful communication as an image-forming tool and their application.
- Strategic and tactical thinking: setting goals, resource planning.
- Corrections of strategically important information channels: reports, delegation of decisions, potentially crisis processes.
The training will be conducted by MB “Mokymų klubas” lecturer Dainius Rutkauskas.
Duration of training: 5 academic hours. Number of training participants: 20.
Participation fee: for chamber members – 95 Eur + VAT *, for non-members – 110 Eur + VAT.
