Vision

To gather enthusiasts in successful development from Klaipėda City and the western region, as well as progressive thinking representatives from the academic community and businessmen who are full of innovative ideas, who are willing to become the creators of the future for the Klaipėda Region, and who are prepared to generate novelties and the possibilities to apply them in a business.

Mission

To encourage the development of modern technologies related to science, and to provide support services consisting of infrastructural and consultative innovations for modern companies and business ideas to the western region of Lithuania and the whole country.

Strategic goals

• Creating an environment favourable for scientific research and experimental development (SRED) as well as for innovations;
• Providing specialised innovation support services based on the priority areas of activity (green and blue (marine) technologies).
